Delivery Policy
When you place an order with FeetFirstFitness.com we take great care in processing the information. If we run into any problems we will contact you via email or phone. The internal processing could take up to 1 business day, most times within the same day. FeetFirstFitness.com guarantees free three day delivery within the Continental United States of America and free 3-7 day delivery for Canada, Alaska and Hawaii. All other orders will be charged at the following excellent 3-7 DAY DELIVERY INTERNATIONAL RATES: 1 pair $85 to anywhere outside North America 2 pair $90 to anywhere outside North America 3 pair $95 to anywhere outside North America 4 pair or more: FREE DELIVERY to anywhere outside North America!!!
All delivery is based on UPS FEDEX and/or International Priority business days (Monday - Friday EST USA). All orders are processed Monday-Friday 10am and 6pm EST (USA). All orders placed during Saturday or Sunday EST (USA) will be handled first thing on Monday morning. We do not offer any special delivery such as weekend EST (USA) delivery at this time. All orders will be delivered directly from Florida, California or Idaho.
There are some small occasions when a product is back ordered. We try to not allow this, but due to the extremely large demand for the products we offer it is hard to keep up the ever changing inventory. If this does occur, we will notify you via email.
Delivery Restrictions
FeetFirstFitness.com currently delivers worldwide. We deliver via UPS, FEDEX and/or International Priority and do not accept PO Boxes as a shipping address. Feet First Return Policy /No Risk Returns:
FeetFirstFitness.com believes in our customers. If for any reason, something isn't right, let us know. Within fourteen (14) days of purchase, we gladly accept returns of unworn or defective merchandise for exchange or refund. You will be refunded the full amount of the product. Returns & Exchanges:
Only items purchased from our online store may be returned by mail. Please also note that returns/exchanges will only be accepted if the unworn or defective shoes are in their original box and that this box is either wrapped or put into an additional box prior to sending. Please mail returns or exchanges with the service of your choice to: Feet First Returns, 612 East Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33483, USA For exchanges we will also credit or charge you with the difference in price between your returned product and your replacement product, if there is a price difference.
Please Remember: 1. For all credit card refunds, please note that all credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase.
2. Please allow 14 days from the day we receive your returned package (or your order cancelation) for your account to be credited.
3. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your Statement
